4. Purchases and Digital Downloads
When you purchase music or digital content through the Service, you are purchasing a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use that content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to revoke access to digital content in the event of a breach of these Terms.
5. Merchandise
Physical merchandise orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders. Shipping times and costs vary by location. Returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis; please contact us at contact@etkaive.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
6. Event Tickets
Tickets purchased through the Service are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or significantly changed by EtKaive. Resale of tickets is prohibited. EtKaive reserves the right to cancel tickets obtained through unauthorized channels.
